Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Tested Combat Club. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, our policy is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible.
Return and Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the process, please email us at support@testedcombatclub.com. Include your order number and whether you would like to return or exchange the item, along with any relevant details. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions.
Shipping Costs
• Returns: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
• Exchanges: The customer covers the return shipping to our facility, but we will pay for the shipping of the exchanged item back to you.

Item Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, worn, or washed.
Refunds
Once your returned items are received and your refund is accepted, we will notify you and initiate your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at support@testedcombatclub.com.
Exchanges
Once your items for exchange are received and your exchange is accepted, we will notify you and initiate the shipment of your exchange items within 3 business days.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
